PROCEDURE TO APPLY JNTUK REVALUATION



JNTUK REVALUATION /RECOUNTING /CHALLENGE REVALUATION PROCEDURE


Jntuk students need to apply revaluation/ recounting / challenge revaluation in online here is the procedure and costs for applying jntuk revaluation/recounting / challenge revaluation PG/UG .

Recounting for each script is 100/- rupees

Revaluation of each script is  1000/- rupees
Challenge revaluation of each script is 10000/- rupees

The fee amount is to be paid either by making online Payment (using Master/Visa Credit/Debit (ATM) cards) or by making the payments at any branch of SBI using the on-line Challan generated by this Online Payment Application.



Choose the below link for revaluation/recounting/Challenge Valuation of answer scripts. Select Revaluation, Recounting, or Challenge Valuation fee from the payment categories. Provide the details of the candidate applying for revaluation/recounting/Challenge Valuation carefully viz. Hall ticket number, Name, Course, Year, Semester, Subject Code and subject name, contact number, etc and click on submit. Check the details provided carefully and confirm. Select the payment options among Net banking, Debit/Credit cards, SBI branch challan payment and make the necessary payment before the last date for the revaluation/recounting. 



The transactions made after the last date will not be considered and will not be refunded. Take a printout of payment details and preserve for further reference. The candidate can take printout of e-Receipt of State Bank Collect payment at any time by providing information like contact number, Date of birth, date of payment, etc in the State Bank Collect page. Each time the student can apply for revaluation/recounting for ONLY ONE SUBJECT. If the student wants to apply for more subjects, he/she has to apply for each subject separately

click on the box I have read and accepted the terms and conditions stated above.
and then click on proceed 


STEP 3:  

select the catogery you would like to apply like revaluation /recounting / challenge revaluation.

STEP 4: 

enter hall ticket number and subject code you want to revaluation/ recounting/ challenge revaluation  and click on proceed.
subject codes will be available at your result 

STEP 5: 


check your  hall ticket  number and subject code again as your name  & subject name will by appear by it self . enter your contact number, E-mail id, Name, Date of Birth & Mobile Number. 



STEP 6 : 
you can pay using your debit /credit card (using  master, visa, Rupay cards) there will be no transaction charges when you pay with any bank or any cards . you can also pay with sbi buddy app ( transcation charge of 5 rs  will be added to your total amount). you can also pay at nearest sbi bank through challan it costs about 50 rupees. 


REVALUATION BY CHALLENGE INSTRUCTIONS

A Challenging fee Rs. 10,000/- for subject is to be paid by the candidate for revaluation by challenge. The revaluation will be carried out by a committee consisting of three members out of which one member may be nominated by Principal of the College from where the candidate has studied and two members will be nominated by the University.

 The candidate will forfeit the challenging fee if the difference in the marks given by the committee is not more than 15% of the maximum marks compared to the marks already shown in the marks list. If the marks are more than 15%, the challenge fee will be returned to the candidate. After the challenge valuation, if the marks are more than 15% or there is a change in the status i.e., fail to pass, the new marks will be awarded, otherwise, the previous marks will remain. 

 The request for Revaluation by challenge has to be given by the candidate through the college Principal along with the required fees (Payable in the form of DD for Rs.10,000/- per subject, in the name of Registrar, JNTUK, payable at Kakinada) and a copy of Marks Memo.
