Union (2024): A waste of money for Netflix production

The movie begins with a failed spy mission to gather the data of spies of different agencies, which leads to the recruitment of a construction worker, Mike McKenna (Mark Wahlberg), for a mission by Roxanne Hall (Halle Berry) to participate in an auction to bid on the stolen data.

So, as a typical spy recruitment movie, the recruit's training goes on in the film's first half. The director tries to combine comedy and action during the training, which doesn't help the movie as you can predict the film after a few scenes, and you will lose interest in watching the film.

Action scenes in the movie aren't that great, and don't expect much. Mark Wahlberg and Halle Berry's chemistry fighting sequences on the screen more or less make you bear the movie till the end. The movie combines different films made into one just because they had to make a Netflix original, but I suggest you watch it if you have nothing better to do.

Don't pay Netflix just for this movie; you can find different ways to watch it if you know where to look.
